Its been a busy summer finalizing plans and working with the local authorities getting permits. However it has all paid off and construction of the first model home is underway. Weather permitting the new model home will be ready for viewing this winter season. With summer like temperatures all year round what a great reason to getaway from the cold and come have a look!
